(Depending on the location of candidate and where they would like to develop a market presence for us).
3. Job Description
In France – among other things manage our French forum on www.australia-australie.com
The candidate has to perform the following tasks:
- Help synch1 create a strong presence in the respective country or countries / continent where representative works.
- Decide on the right strategy for marketing / public relations / logistics and everything else needed for that specific location and culture.
- Help with market segmentation and targeting / focusing on the right prospective clients and how to achieve the goals via internet advertising or print advertising or other strategies as press releases and public relations operations initiated by local representative with the right backup from Synch1’s staff.
- Open to a lot of initiative from the side of the right candidate – Synch1 is very innovative / creative and flowing. Once the right candidate is open enough to try various options we will consider that.
- Create a system of follow ups and maintain contact with applicants that showed interest in the services.
- Answer to every query made personally or via others that wil cooperate with him (depending on strategy) and make sure a right follow up structure is in place.
Candidate needs to be: creative, intelligent, positive, patient, dynamic and energetic, people skills and marketing skills and persevere with the task, likes challenges and is well grounded and focuses, loyal, integrity and honest.
4. Requirements
Open to candidates from various backgrounds: MBA, Logistics, Business, Law, Accounting, IT and programming, Engineering, PR / Marketing / Sales, and also Creative arts backgrounds, Psychology and related human studies.
E-commerce and marketing online backgrounds or knowledge is most welcome.
Open to venture owners / managers that can include that in current existing venture and cooperate with Synch1 as a new area of services in current venture ( law office / marketing or PR agency / accountant office / travel agency and others )
5. Location based and internship duration (start and end)
Locations can vary – as much of the work is done online over the net
Would like to have a strong presence in :
- France – and Europe in general preferred
Preference (but not a must) if the candidate has an office in some field already operating in the heart of Paris for example and can incorporate this work as part of his usual business at first.
(Japan, Germany, UK, Singapore, HK, China, Israel and others…..)
Open to other locations and candidates that would like to work on Europe or Asia as whole and other small locations as well.
Duration: can start as an internship or pilot scheme and can definitely continue to a permanent cooperation as long term venture.
